I'd like to join the first challenge of the weblog of Time for Magnolia Challenge. Since 'anything goes...', I enter the challenge with this birthday card.

Met deze kaart doe ik mee aan de eerste challenge van de Time for Magnolia Challenge weblog. Het thema was 'anything goes...', dus ik heb besloten mee te doen met deze verjaardagskaart.

To join the Lift Challenge #35 of this week, I made a card with hearts. I have these black cards in stock now for a pretty long time, but never found an opportunity to use them. But I think they go pretty well with this simple set-up.

Om mee te doen aan de Lift Challenge #35, heb ik deze kaart met een hart gemaakt. Ik had deze zwarte kaarten al lang in mijn bezit, maar vond nooit de juiste gelegenheid om ze te gebruiken. Ik denk dat de kaart zo goed tot z'n recht komt.

While the dough for a citron-shortcake was waiting, I made this card. I'd like to join the sketch challenge #173 of Dutch Card Lovers. Although I don't like Flexmarkers as much as Copics, I love the three orange colours I have. 

Terwijl het deeg voor een citroenboterkoek een uurtje moest wachten, heb ik deze kaart gemaakt. Met deze kaart doe ik mee aan de sketch challenge #173 van Dutch Card Lovers. Ondanks dat ik Flexmarkers veel minder fijn vind dan Copics, vind ik de oranje kleuren wel erg mooi.

Fairytales

Today for the first time I coloured my stamp with only one colourset (except for the green star off course). I think it worked out pretty well. With this card I'd like to join the week 30 challenge of CASology, which has the cue-word 'Fairytales'.

Vandaag heb ik voor het eerst een stempel ingekleurd met maar een kleurenset (op het sterretje na dan). Ik vind dat het aardig gelukt is, zo voor een eerste keer. Met deze kaart doe ik mee met de challenge van week 30 van CASology. De challenge gaat om het cue-word 'Fairytales'.

Bird challenge

The new challenge of the Dutch Card Lovers is about the theme 'birds', so I made this CAS card. This is the first time I tried to make a background by using the 'dot-technique'. I hope you like it!

De nieuwe uitdaging van de Dutch Card Lovers was om een kaart te maken met het thema 'vogels'. Ik heb voor het eerst geprobeerd om iets van een achtergrond te maken door middel van het zetten van kleine stipjes. Ik hoop dat jullie deze kaart leuk vinden!

Tea box

I decorated this tea box with some Decopatch left-overs. I started with the idea to decorate the whole box, but ran out of paper. But actually I like it this way aswell. I'm starting to discover the many ways to use Decopatch to decorate your own stuff. 

Ik heb deze theedoos versierd met restjes Decopatch. Eigenlijk was ik van plan de hele doos te beplakken, maar ik had niet genoeg papier. Maar ik ben zo ook erg blij met het resultaat. Ik kom er steeds meer achter hoe leuk je Decopatch kunt gebruiken om allerlei spullen leuker te maken.
